I know how difficult it can be to struggle with tinnitus.
I spent a couple of years trying to get a handle on my case.
Oddly enough, the foundation for overcoming it was laid through something that seemed totally unrelated at the time: two years of unrelenting chronic pain.
When you’re hit with problems like these, it’s easy to fall down research rabbit holes—endlessly chasing answers. I did it twice. And what I learned, through deep investigation and extensive reading, changed everything.
In many cases, you can let go of the fear and the noise—without surgery, devices, or medication (which often bring problems of their own).
But let’s be real: this isn’t always quick or easy. What worked for me might not be the exact path for you. I’m not a therapist, and I won’t often tell you what to do. My role is to help you figure out what you need to do—and support you every step of the way.
