I know how difficult tinnitus can be.
Over the years I’ve faced two challenges that shaped the work I do today: chronic pain and tinnitus. Both pushed me to search deeply for answers, and both ultimately changed the way I understand persistent symptoms.
Those two experiences taught me something important: when symptoms persist despite normal tests and treatments, the explanation is often very different from what people initially assume.
If you’re curious about those experiences, you can read about them here:
• My tinnitus story

Why I do this work
After going through those experiences myself, I began helping others who were facing similar challenges.
Many of the people I work with have already seen multiple specialists, run tests, and tried various treatments without finding clear answers. By that point they’re often exhausted, confused, and worried about their future.
I help people understand what’s happening and find practical ways to move forward.
A bit about my background
Before becoming a coach, I:
● Grew up in Louisiana and earned a BA from LSU
● Helped people polish résumés and find work
● Moved to China (Shenzhen) to work as a marketing manager for a medical device company
● Relocated to Shanghai, where I’ve lived nearly 20 years
● Spent 17 years teaching middle and high school history at an international school
Let’s talk.
If you’re struggling with tinnitus, chronic pain, or other persistent challenges, feel free to reach out.
The people I tend to work best with are those who are curious, thoughtful, and open to exploring new ways of understanding what they’re experiencing.
If that sounds like you, we can talk about what you’re dealing with and whether working together might make sense.
